Home Modification Assessments

The occupational therapist can complete a comprehensive functional assessment and advise you on home modifications (e.g. grab-rails or bathing equipment), allowing you to live at home more independently.

Housing Adaptation Reports

The occupational therapist can advise you on accessing grants you are entitled to. The occupational therapist can write a report to support your application to your local council for housing adaptation grants (e.g. for ramps, bathroom adaptations, stair-lifts etc)

Specialised Seating

The occupational therapist can provide advice on specialised seating for the home or for a nursing home environment.
